Daily real estate news: Hanoi collects VND 27.6 trillion from three projects as social housing advances in Ho Chi Minh City

Vietnam’s real estate market is seeing notable developments across public revenue, investment flows, and the progress of major projects. In Hanoi, the city collected more than VND 85 trillion in land-use fees during the first nine months, including approximately VND 27.6 trillion contributed by three real estate projects. The city will also continue adjusting the Red River urban subdivision plan under new regulations after annulling Decision 6142. At the same time, Hanoi has approved the conversion of more than 6,140 square meters of land on Vinh Tuy Street for the UDIC Riverside 2 project, which includes high-rise housing, commercial services, and low-rise housing combined with services. Another high-rise housing project is also set to be developed near Vinh Tuy Bridge. Elsewhere, more than 1,195 hectares of agricultural land serving Gia Binh Airport have completed site clearance, while residents in a resettlement area have begun registering to receive temporary land plots for home construction.
